They treat people with warmth, respect, and genuine care for others. What stands out most is how much they truly love helping others and uplifting the community. Their compassion shines through everything they do, and their encouragement has impacted many lives. Both Dayana and Shayna exemplify professional excellence and are deserving of recognition and appreciation for their significant contributions.

B.A.T.C.H. is an ACCOLADE Celebrations initiative created to respond to the homeless in the local community. Bags-to-go are assembled at a BATCH site and include

basic necessities and local resource information. Filled bags are provided to shelters, churches, and social services organizations who provide resources to help the homeless.

To nominate someone for an Ovations Award, complete a Nomination Form for an individual, team, or organization that has gone above and beyond for the homeless through an Act of Kindness. Nominations that meet the submission criteria are posted for public voting on ACCOLADE's website. In addition to ACCOLADE's social media efforts to promote voting, nominees are encouraged to seek support from their friends, family, and colleagues. The nomination with the most votes wins. The winner is announced and the prize is awarded. For a winning team, group, or organization, the prize is given to the key contact person specified on the Nomination Form.

ACCOLADE Celebrations reviews nominations for an Ovation Award to ensure nominee(s) meet the following criteria: Is a Marion County, Florida resident Is at least 18 years of age The Act of Kindness was within the past 30 days of date of current entry Includes a brief paragraph about the Act of Kindness the nominee(s) did to improve the well-being of the homeless Provided an e-mail address for the nominee(s) Provided a home address for the nominee(s) The nominee(s) has no previous submission within the past 6 months of date of current entry.

All nominees are truly inspiring, and we need your help to choose the standout for the month. When voting, consider the following: Does the nominee's act improve your mood, optimism, and attitude? Do you feel a personal connection to their story? Is the impact of their act widespread? Is it a unique and unprecedented act? Does it bring joy to your heart? The nominee with the most votes will be honored as the Ovations winner for that month.
